Pipeline Unit Economics
Avg Cost / Pipeline — average total LLM cost for all stages of a single lead's journey (audit + emails). Only counts leads that completed at least the audit. Tells you what it costs to fully process one lead.
Blended Cost / Lead — total spend divided by total leads entered. Includes failures and partial runs. This is your true unit cost.
Pipeline Completion — percentage of leads whose audit completed AND at least email 1 was dispatched. Measures funnel health: are audits producing outreach?
Total Waste % — wasted dollars (retries + guard failures) as a percentage of total spend. The "agent tax." Above 10% warrants investigation.
Stage Funnel
Entered — events created for that stage (in-progress, completed, and failed)
Completed / Failed — events finished successfully vs. died after max retries
Avg Cost / Turns / Tool Calls — per-event averages. Audit is typically most expensive (web research). Emails should be cheaper.
Drop-off % — leads lost between stages: 1 - (entered / prev completed). High drop-off on Email 1 suggests audits aren't triggering the scheduler.
